Age at entry: 18-60
Term:

5-47 years and not to exceed the premium term of the base contract.


Rider benefits:
This rider provides additional benefits in the event of accidental death or disablement as follows:

 Accidental Death Benefit: a Sum Insured is payable on the accidental death of the Life Insured of this rider.
 Accidental Disablement Benefits: a percentage of the Sum Insured is payable on the accidental disability of the Life Insured of this rider. The attached Schedule of Benefits provides a full description of the benefits payable.

Note:
"Total and Permanent Disablement"
means disablement of the Life Insured caused by Injury which results in the complete incapacity of the Life Insured for an uninterrupted period of 6 months and which, in our opinion after consideration of medical evidence satisfactory to us, will prevent the Life Insured from ever again engaging in any gainful occupation.
