Process of Payment


1. Submit claim form for policy benefit payment

2. Dai-ichi Life receives the form

3. Dai-ichi Life Vietnam assesses for legitimacy and validity before processing with payment. Contacts with the customers in case the documents are not yet valid.

4. Dai-ichi life Vietnam completes the policy benefit payment and issues notification

5. Customers receive insurance benefits: by cash via Dai-ichi Life Vietnam office, Account transfer, Premium transfer, Cash surrender value in advance

3. Receive notification of policy benefit payment

Maturity Date

Required documents to receive insurance benefits at maturity:

a. Policy benefit payment confirmation form (template)

b. b. Documents proving the identity of the insured (original document – members of Dai-ichi Life Vietnam will cross-check when making payments at the office).
 

Periodic Cash Benefits

Required documents to receive periodic cash benefits

a. Policy benefit payment request form (template)

b. Documents proving the identity of the insured (original document – members of Dai-ichi Life Vietnam will cross-check when making payments at the office)

Dividends

Required documents to receive dividends:

a. Policy benefit payment request form (template)
