JOB PURPOSE
• To plan and execute DFVN marketing strategy to support and achieve OEF’s sales targets and business expansion plan.

ACCOUNTABILITY

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to support sales efforts to reach and raise funds from investors. Coordinate seamlessly with the sales team to deliver marketing solutions that enhance the company’s fundraising success.
• Develop, manage and execute the company’s marketing, communication and branding strategy and action plan within the approved budget, including corporate sponsorship, marketing material development, media/press relations, and presentations.
• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Produce marketing materials (e.g. brochures, leaflets, etc) to support sales & marketing activities. Coordinate with the sales team and Fund Managers to ensure content is updated, accurate and complies with regulations.
• Coordinate and organize investor and/or distributor road shows, seminars, exhibitions, training and other sales & marketing events to reach investors
• Develop and maintain good relationships with selected media channels in order to promote the company’s brand and products.
• Manage marketing vendors on behalf of the company. Ensure vendors deliver within the company’s expected budget, timeline and quality.
• Propose and implement new marketing ideas to continuously improve the company’s marketing effectiveness and ability to raise funds.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Education/Training:
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing or a related field. Digital Marketing Courses required
• Professional/Trade qualification: Securities Courses (Recommended) Experience & Competencies:
• At least 5 years of total work experience in a marketing role
• Proven working experience in digital marketing
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurements
• Experienced in all marketing media (digital, print, events, etc)

This jobholder is responsible for:
• Managing all the aspects of PS section including the day-to-day processing of all proposals & policies related to PS functions.

JOB PURPOSE
• To take care of DFVN’s Open-ended Fund sales administration and provide professional after-sales services to investors.

ACCOUNTABILITY
• Investor Relations (IR)/Customer Services
o Respond to investor inquiries within a reasonable timeframe;
o Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual fund and investor updates;
o Manage investor retention and service programs;
o Coordinate and organize road shows, seminars, exhibitions, training and other investor events;
o Coordinate, support and do IR-related works including website development & administration, posting new announcements, handling hotline, investor care and communication, quarterly Board of Representative meetings, and Annual General Investor Meeting;

To develop research/ fundamental analysis for securities investment as well as execute all necessary procedures for proper investment decision-making.

ACCOUNTABILITY

• To develop equity research; fundamental analysis for securities investment; To support in strengthening credit risk management to maintain the soundness of fixed-income portfolio. MÔ TẢ TÓM TẮT CÔNG VIỆC
• Đảm bảo cung cấp dịch vụ khách hàng hoàn hảo theo Bộ tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ khách hàng 5 sao và hỗ trợ đội ngũ kinh doanh thông qua việc quản lý hiệu quả đội ngũ nhân viên dịch vụ khách hàng (CS) trong Vùng phụ trách.

NHIỆM VỤ
• Huấn luyện, hướng dẫn và hỗ trợ trực tiếp cho đội ngũ nhân viên CS hoàn thành tốt trách nhiệm được phân công của bộ phận DVKH tại văn phòng kinh doanh;
• Giám sát sự tuân thủ của nhân viên CS trong việc thực hiện các nghiệp vụ giao dịch bảo hiểm (tiếp nhận các loại hồ sơ, quản lý tiền mặt và két sắt, quản lý cấp phát phiếu thu, các khoản thu, khoản chi,…tại văn phòng) theo đúng quy trình và quy định đã ban hành;
• Duy trì môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp thông qua việc kiểm tra văn phòng định kỳ nhằm đôn đốc, nhắc nhở nhân viên CS tuân thủ quy định, quy trình nghiệp vụ, chính sách của Công ty (Nội quy lao động, Nội quy văn phòng, Quy định về đồng phục…);
• Kịp thời báo cáo cho CST các vấn đề vi phạm quy định (nếu có), theo dõi và thực hiện việc xử lý các vấn đề vi phạm theo chỉ đạo từ CST, đồng thời thực hiện các biện pháp phòng ngừa và ngăn chặn sự việc tái diễn;
• Phối hợp với các phòng ban/bộ phận để giải quyết các khiếu nại có liên quan đến DVKH;
• Thực hiện kế hoạch nhân sự: điều phối nhân sự hỗ trợ kịp thời và hiệu quả cho các hoạt động kinh doanh, tuyển dụng nhân viên CS mới cho các văn phòng thuộc địa bàn phụ trách, đánh giá hiệu quả làm việc của nhân viên;

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
• Trình độ học vấn:
o Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành Bảo hiểm, Kinh tế, Tài chính, Ngân hàng...
• Tác phong:
o Chuyên nghiệp, lịch sự.
• Kinh nghiệm:
o Có ít nhất 04 năm kinh nghiệm về dịch vụ khách hàng (DVKH) trong ngành BHNT hoặc ngành tương đương (tài chính, ngân hàng, chứng khoán, đầu tư….);
o Có ít nhất 02 năm kinh nghiệm làm công tác quản lý DVKH trong ngành BHNT, hoặc các lĩnh vực tương đương (tài chính, ngân hàng, chứng khoán, đầu tư…).
• Kiến thức:
o Nắm vững kiến thức về bảo hiểm nhân thọ hoặc tài chính.
• Kỹ năng, khả năng: o Kỹ năng Anh văn (đọc viết) tốt;
o Sử dụng thành thạo tin học văn phòng (Word, Excel, Power point);

JOB FUNCTIONS
Cash Management
• Daily reconciliation of cash and bank transactions, and monitor cash balances of all of the sales offices.
• Provide available cash for investments to the Investment Department separately between Shareholder fund and Policyholder Funds,
• Regulate company’s expenditure and compliance with company guideline and regulation
• Supervise and approve (in authorization limit) expense claims to compliance with sign-off policy, accounting guideline, and tax regulation.
• Control and manage Cash flow to maximize the efficiency in cash management,
Supervise general accounting
• To ensure daily accounting are posted into Sun system on time and accuracy included of cash/bank accounting transaction
• To ensure end-of month accounting transactions are recorded adequate and on time,
• Ensure month-end closing is on time, accounting transaction are fully completed and compliance with accounting policy & government regulation,
• Finance reporting: the reports are prepared with accuracy calculation under correct format and within deadline
Account Settlement
• Prepare all bank payment runs on a timely and accurately on a daily basis,
• Record and confirm all bank deposits, and transactions with external parties in which payments involve bank transfers,
• Investigate (and try to resolve) any queries in relation to settlement function,
• Handle investment operations as well as investment accounting
• Inform the Chief Accountant and Investment Department on a timely basis as to any material issues in relation to settlement & clearing activities.
Bank Accounts Management
• Manage all of the company’s bank accounts,
• Responsible in opening and closing of the company’s bank accounts,
• Maintain good relationship with the banks counterparties.

QUALIFICATION

 Education, no. of year experience:
• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years working in Finance, Accounting or Banking industry. Have experiences in treasury sections
Technical skills:
• Knowledge of Vietnamese and international accounting standards, taxes, legal
